She was predeceased by: her father John Melvin; her brother Meredith Welshans; and her nephew Kaleb. She is survived by: her mother Sandra Lee Welshans (Richardson); her children, Joseph John Fell of Warren, Amber Nicole Brink of Warren, Alayna Jo Fell of Warren, Mattie Jolie Fell and Alyshia Lynn Brink of Warren; her siblings, Mindy Murray of Newton Falls, Tommy Welshans of Slaughters, KY, Jon Sylvester (Michelle) of Howland and Charlie Welshans of Cortland; and her close friend Joseph Michael Fell. She is also survived by four grandchildren and 11 nieces and nephews.
