It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andre Allen of Warren, Ohio, who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Perry and Joyce Ann Allen; his sister Star Davis; and his grandparents, Annie Allen, Maylean Perry and James Perry.
He is survived by: his siblings, Courtney Phillips of Warren, OH, Rasheen Davis of Washington, DC and Glenneisha Perry of Medina; his aunts, Sheila Butler of Warren and Kimiko Allen of Warren; and his uncle Joe Perry of Warren. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
