She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy of Howland and Kathy Churman of Howland; her grandchildren, Tyler, Madison Lombardo of Howland and Jade Morris (Josh) of Missouri; her sisters, Mary Ann Patrick-Shultz of Howland, Shirley Dyer (Phil) of Warren and Michaelene Gersper (David) of Indiana; her nephew Michael Dyer (Brooke) of Cortland; her goddaughter Renee Christy; her niece Jen Stevens; and her great-nephew Henry Dyer of Cortland. She is also survived by cousins, dear friends, her beloved.
