He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Evangelista, and Anthony Evangelista, Sr.; and his siblings, Lebro Evangelista, Aggie Kulchock and Jennie Ventura.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Janelle, Lenay, Josephine, Brooke and Wyatt; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Landon, Aidan and Addison; his wife Paula; his siblings, Stella Nemeth and Leno Evangelista; and his children, Sherry, Steve (Horger), Gina Harper, Carla and Matt (Bobbey).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel (1884 North Rd NE, Warren, OH 44483).
