He was predeceased by: his father Howard Leppert Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Cindy Martin; his son Michael Payton Scott; his siblings, Jeremy Leppert (Elaine), Tiffany Leppert (Mark Furrie), Kelly Thomas (David Magura Jr.) and Dustin Leppert Sr. (Jennifer Dalton); his grandmother Millie Painter; and his fiancée Alicia Seitz. He is also survived by his nephews, nieces and many friends.
