She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Barkan and Gladys Barkan; and her sister Lorraine Barkan. She is survived by: her siblings, Kathleen Clouse-Strebel (Klaus) of Olney, MD and Richard C. Barkan (Elaine) of East Canton, OH.; her nieces and nephews, Mary Beth Strebel, Jane Barkan, Richard C. Barkan and Christopher Barkan (Lindsey); and her great-nephews, Lucas, Landon and Logan Barkan.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Living Lord Lutheran Church at 851 Niles Cortland Rd NE, Warren, OH 44484.
