It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Kay Johnson of Warren, Ohio, who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Heitman and Maryanna Heitman (York); and her former husband Robert T. Johnson. She is survived by: her fiancé Michael Buttolph of Warren, OH; and her children, Robert Heath of San Antonio, TX, Rick Heath, Maryann Knight and Michael Johnson (Lynn) of Girard, OH. She is also survived by two brothers; two sisters; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
