She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Chizmar and Maria Chizmar; her husband Frank D. Kovalik; her son Michael Kovalik; and her siblings, Betty, Ann, Sister Mary Michael, Helen and John.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Kovalik (Elizabeth), Barbara Flask (Joseph) and Mary Bryant (Kenneth). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
