She is survived by: her children, Lesa Carson (Jeffery), Lori Steen (Joseph), Jennifer Purcell (Mike), Lisa Karr (Bryan), Erin Boden (Charles), Elaine Bailey and David Scott Bailey; her grandchildren, Andrew Ughrin, Alex, Kailha Gallagher, Michael, Ashley, Brittany Purcell, Tom, Elizabeth Carson, Mercedes, Casey Karr, Lauren and Cameron Boden; her great grandchildren, Landon, Lailah, Lailani Blanton, Jacob Robert Ray Karr and Evie-Marie Bailey Karr; and her brothers, Andrew (Marilyn), Kenneth and Daniel Surkala (Darcy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
