He was predeceased by : his mother Terrilyn Petrick; and his brothers, Jeremy Petrick and Ryan Petrick. He is survived by : his father Stanley Petrick; his siblings, Jason Petrick, Abigail Viverios and Jillian Petrick (Rob); his children, Draven, London, Connor, Alykzander and Presley; and his wife Jacqueline Petrick.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Blessed Sacrament Parish (3020 Reeves Rd NE, Warren, OH 44483). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
