He is survived by: his sons, Jason Kirkpatrick (Angel) of Warren, OH, Justin Kirkpatrick and Bryan Kirkpatrick (Rose) of Niles, OH; his brothers, Wayne Kirkpatrick and Craig Kirkpatrick; his grandchildren, Destiny (Austin), Keaton, Holden, Haven, Samantha, Becky, Lacey, Xzaiver, Kyrayana and Rae Lena; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Dalton and James.
