He is survived by: his wife Arlene Wright Williams; and his sons, Dion Edward Dorsey of Warren, Earl Dorsey Jr. of Warren, Christopher Vingle of Warren, Damon Vingle of Warren, Carl Lee Williams Jr. of Warren and Lamont Williams of Youngstown. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
