She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Smith and Claudine Smith (Robinson); and her siblings, Ruth A. Fisher, Charles Smith, David Smith, Donald Smith, Michael Smith and James Smith.

She is survived by: her sister Nancy R. Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family suggests any memorial contributions be made to the Church Memorial Fund in Carol's memory.
