She was predeceased by: her father Carl Edgar Beer; her daughter Ashlie Steen; and her brother-in-law William Kerfoot. She is survived by: her mother Eulene Kay Beer (Sowers); her husband Harold "Sonny" Steen; her children, Kurt Steen (Angie) and Loni Steen; and her siblings, Eugene Beer, Sandra Kerfoot and Lori Bates (Duane).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to an animal charity of your choice in Carol's memory.
