He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Mae Marvin (Stroup) and Charlie Marvin; and his brothers-in-law, Rick Osterland and George Hansel. He is survived by: his wife Sue Steffey Marvin of Warren; his son Dale of Marriottsville; his grandchildren, Charlie Marvin and Vanessa Peterson (Doug); his daughters, Lori Hansen (Erik) of Lenexa, KS and Maren; his brother Glen Marvin (Diana) of Kinsman; his nibling Lynn Ray (Carl); his sister Maryann Osterland; his nephew Richard Osterland (Delilah); his sister-in-law Georgia Ann Hansel; his nephew Erik Hansel (Tracie); and his brother-in-law James Steffey (Gloria) of Youngstown.
