He was predeceased by: his mother Cynthia Hines; and his sister Terri Sue Jacobs. He is survived by: his close friend Katherine South; his children, Chad Jr., Cheyenne, Colin, Charlotte, Chase and Elijah; and his grandchildren, Aurora, Victoria, Easton and Will Jr..

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Go Fund Me established to assist with celebration of life and funeral expenses.
