He is survived by: his wife Michelle Cruse; his children, Wayne Cruse (Nikki), Keith Cruse (Michaela), Hashawsharif Brock of Detroit, Theotis M. Sanders of Warren, Willa Williamson (DeAver) of Warren, Tasha Burks (Derwin) of Columbus, Tamika Fussell of Youngstown and Tashana Sanders of Columbus; and his siblings, George Cruse (Mary), Roosevelt Cruse (Gloria), Reggie Cruse and Vivian Fitzpatrick of Youngstown.
