He is survived by: his children, Charles Heckman (Erin) of Howland, Brian Heckman (Tracy) of Howland and Sara McClellan (Jeff) of Brookfield; his former wife Jacquelyn Forte; his grandchildren, Ash Hickox (Brandon), Charles R. Heckman II, Allie Heckman, Adam Heckman, Camryn Heckman, Hunter McKee and Arianna McClellan; and his brothers, Gene and David (Linda).
