He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hudak and Anna Hudak (Danko); his former wife JoAnn Hudak; his siblings, Michael, George, Joseph, John Hudak and Annabelle Miller; and his stepson Mark Arambasick.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra M. Hudak (Ulicny) of Warren; his children, Theresa Craiger (Steve) of Bristolville, Denise Redman of Bazetta and Charles J. Hudak (Tracie) of Bristolville; his stepson Stephen Arambasick (Susan) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Ashley Redman of Columbus, Allison Redman of Bazetta, Grace Arambasick of Champion, Mercy and Frances Arambasick of Columbus; and his pet Ace.
