He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene S. Wolbert and Roseanne Wolbert (Moore); and his significant other Josephine Marie Wolbert. He is survived by: his children, Charles T. Wolbert Jr., Michelle Marie Holmes (Ronald Holmes) and Danielle Marie Bario (John Bario); his grandchildren, Charles Clayton Wolbert (Courtney Wolbert), Giovanna Maria Bario, Crostifino Michael Holmes, Nicoletta Maria Bario, Arianna Maria Holmes and Jaden James Wolbert; and his great grandchild Canaan Charles Wolbert.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Charles's name to the St. Mary's Church Building Fund, 3020 Reeves Road NE, Warren, OH 44483, and to Hospice House Compassus in Woodworth, Ohio.
