She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Charles Werblan. She is survived by: her husband Michael Werblan; her children, Michael J. Werblan of Colorado and Melissa Koltiska (James) of Ohio; her grandchildren, Shamus and Alana; her brothers, Joe (Michele) and Chuck Gulas (Diane); her siblings' children, Christine and Joey; and her sister-in-law Mary Werblan. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
