She is survived by: her husband Carmen Costantino of Warren; her children, Brian Costantino (Erica) of Spring Hill, TN, Greg Costantino (Sarah) of Youngstown and Elizabeth Costantino (Jeffrey Muench) of Longmont, Colorado; her grandchildren, Michael, Kaitlyn, Olivia Costantino, Archer Muench and Annika McCabe; her sister Christina Brogan of West Farmington; and her siblings-in-law, David Costantino (Alice) and Cindy Costantino of Warren. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish - St. Mary's (232 Seneca Ave NE, Warren, OH 44481).
