He was predeceased by: his parents, Oather Stephens and Helen Poole Stephens; and his brother Bruce Stephens. He is survived by: his children, Cherry Miller of Warren, Kaliaha Donnell of Warren, Yolanda Mines (Derek) of South Carolina, Paulette Stephens of New York and Nathan Stephens of California; his siblings, Willie Stephens of Warren, Larry Stephens (Betty) of Warren, Gary Stephens (Alice) of Warren, Jerome Stephens (April) of Columbus, Tony Stephens (Christine) of Braceville, Oather Stephens (Laurie) of Columbus, Elysa Jackson of Warren and Kathy Perry (Donald) of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Tayden and Amari. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family, and funeral home will be practicing social distancing and proper health protocols. Due to the continued and increasing spread of Covid-19, the 6-foot social distancing rule will be honored, and all guests, must wear a mask.
