He is survived by: his children, Cohen Phillips (Connie) of Sharpsville, PA, Shaun Phillips (Arielle) of Charlotte, NC, Christopher Phillips (Selena) of Boardman, Charmaine Phillips of Hubbard, Alexis Simmons of Columbus and Candace Phillips of Gahanna; his siblings, Floyd Phillips of Vidalia, GA, Gwen LeGrant (Mack) of Vidalia, GA, Janice Stokes of Macon, GA and Patricia Phillips of Vidalia, GA; his grandchildren, Jalen, Alexandra Curtis (Zach), Shauna Anderson (Jamie), Hannah Phillips (Luke Vasconi) and Adalynn Phillips; his great grandchildren, Jameson Anderson, Parker, Asher Curtis, Kaitlyn Anderson and Calayah Vasconi; his cousins, Larry Brownlee (Francis), Euthera Neal (James) and Helen Collins; his sister-in-law Essie Phillips; and his grandchildren, Keiron Grubbs and Ronia Grubbs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
