He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sue Gillespie Rulong; his children, David B. Rulong and Colleen Sue Bryant (Mark); his siblings, Neil Rulong (Mary) of Leavettsburg, Dennise Lindsay of Cortland and Danielle Walker (John) of Leavettsburg; his grandchildren, Megan Rulong, Christina Swistok (Joseph), Nicholas, Joseph, Mark Bryant, Ryan, Erik Rulong and Samuel J. Kiss; his great grandchildren, Devon Hanlon, McKenna Bard, Camden Swistok, Samuel, Colin, Oliver Bryant and Kayden Becker; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Engle, Robin Reynolds (Dennis), Kim Desserich, Pat Rulong, James Gillespie (Kathy) and Robert Carmichael. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
