He is survived by: his wife Sandy D. Garland (Mackey) of Warren, OH; his sons, Todd Garland (Kim), Greg Garland (Jaime) and Richard June (Erica); his grandchildren, Holly, Nathan, Maggie and Philip; and his sibling's children, Tiffany Adair, Deanna Morris, Gina Panttila, William Adair, Greg Baker and David Baker. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
