He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henderson and Sharon Aller Henderson; and his son Samual Mazzola. He is survived by: his wife Susan Henderson (Kotecki) of Howland; his children, David Jr. Henderson (Krystal) of Medina, Craig Henderson (Demi) of Champion, Russell Mazzola (Amie) of Warren, Stephen Mazzola of Warren, Jennifer Babinchak (Robert) of Howland, Tonya Henderson of Atlanta and Heather Coleman of Warren; and his siblings, Patricia Gilmore (Jack) of Howland, Michael Henderson (Noel) of Plano, TX, William Henderson (Cindy) of Simpsonville, SC, Mark (Tammy) of Okatie, SC and Eric Henderson of Kansas City, KS.. He is also survived by his 23 grandchildren and two great grandchildren along with all of his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial tributes can be made to Living Lord Lutheran Church in Howland.
