With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Kolsky (Warren, Ohio), born in Mercer, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 2, 2022 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his partner Michael Abshire. He is survived by: his close friends, Tina Parrish Wilson of Wheatland Pennsylvania, Stephen Batten of North Carolina and Dr. James Kozman of Lake Worth; his friends, Michael, Doctors Kozman and DiSilva; and his brothers, Tim and William.
