He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis T., Sr. and Zuria M. Miller (Sait); his brother Louis T., Jr.; his sister-in-law Pamela Miller of Portland, Oregon; and his nieces and nephews, Louis T. III and Courtney Miller.
