He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Babb and Grace V. Price; his sons, David W. Babb and Donald N Babb Sr.; his sister Lucille Babb Anderson; and his granddaughter Tammy Anderson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Campbell Anderson of Indiana and Debbie Babb of Warren; his grandchildren, Bobi Sopher, April Babb, Donald N Babb, Jr. and Robert K Anderson, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Sabra Sopher, Robert Sopher, Elizabeth Sopher, Kaitlyn Sopher, Bryson Sopher, Amara Devault, Cashon Devault and Ariel Devault; and his great great grandchildren, Oliver McIntuff, Tenley Sopher, Xavier Garman, Carter Weed, Amora Sopher and Olivia.
