He is survived by: his brother Del Ruiter; his sister-in-law Linda Ruiter of McDonald, Ohio; his stepdaughters, Janet Marshal and Mandy Glass of Nebraska; his niece Stacey Potts of San Antonio, Texas; his great-nephews, Conner and Cullen Potts; his niece Charity Joy Ruiter of Rocky Mount; his great-nieces, Bella Ruiter and Marlee Ruiter of Cortland, Ohio.; Xeyla Potts. He is also survived by his friends, former coworkers, and neighbors.
