He was predeceased by: his parents, John N. Sewell and Cardine Sewell (Ford). He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Sewell of Warren; his children, Kimberly (James Johnson-McLaurin), Yolanda Fulton of Warren and David Sewell Jr. of Painesville, OH; his siblings, Faith (Michael Sewell-McKinnon), Pamela (Reginald Christian), John (Ruth Sewell) and Mark Sewell of Braceville; his grandchildren, Kenta', Kaylani, Immaru Jr. and Ragenae; and his great grandchild Kadien. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
