She was predeceased by: her mother Kathryn Custer; and her grandmothers, Barbara Custer and Helen Louise Brainard. She is survived by: her father David Lamphear; her significant other Jonathan Houston of Warren, OH; her son Adam Houston of Warren, OH; her stepmother DiAnna Lamphear (Gardner); and her friend Rheanne. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
