He was predeceased by: his father Francis Green; his former wife Bonnie; and his stepfather Steven Bendekovits. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Bauer (Barto); his wife Sandra; his children, Michael Green, Jennifer Donoughe (Scott), Brooke Steines (Joseph) and Angelica Fortune; his grandchildren, Anthony, Samantha, Jake, Julia and Patrick Anthony; and his sister Nancy Breitenstein (Barry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
