He is survived by: his children, Billy Richard, Bre Boudreaux (Shane), Brandy Russell (Scott Comeaux), Brandon Russell, Brittany Pugsley (Spencer) and Chad Russell (Allie Bova); and his siblings, Connie Russell, Dennie Russell and Preston Russell.
