He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bertleff and Faye Bertleff (Bower); and his siblings, Donna Bellay and Marvin Bertleff. He is survived by: his wife Martha Bertleff of Warren, OH; his sons, Donald Bertleff, Jr. (Rachelle) of Youngstown, OH, Michael Bertleff, Sr. of Youngstown, OH and Kristoffer Bertleff (Noelle) of Youngstown, OH; his stepchildren, Amy Burwell (Kip) of Warren, OH, Candice Zachery of Warren, OH and Joseph Graham of Warren, OH; his brothers, Tom Bertleff (Gloria) of Champion, OH, John Bertleff (Kathy) of Cortland, OH and Martin "Marty" Bertleff (Debbie) of North Canton, OH; and his caregiver Missy. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
