He is survived by: his daughter Donita Cooker of Cleveland; his siblings, Leroy Goolsby, Ronald Goolsby of Cleveland, Rodney Goolsby of Cleveland, Steven Goolsby of Cleveland, Leon Goolsby of Columbus, Cynthia Goolsby of Cleveland and Carol Goolsby of Cleveland; his caregiver Ienza Cruz; and his cousin Alonzo Boyd of Warren. He is also survived by three grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
