He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew Kulchock and Katherine Kulchock (Stashick); his brothers, William Kulchock (Rita) of Pennsylvania and Irvine Kulchock (Mildred) of Pennsylvania; his niece Sherry Horger (Steve) of Warren; his siblings-in-law, Anthony "Tony" Evangelista Jr. (Paula) of Warren, Leno Evangelista (Wanda) of Uniontown, PA, Stella Nemeth of Warren and Jennie Ventura of Plymouth, MI; his wife Agnes Kulchock; and his son Donald Kulchock Jr.. He was also cherished by many other nieces and nephews.
