She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Freeman and Geraldine Marshall Kelley; her husband Richard Wayne Brooks; and her sister Beverly Vernon. She is survived by: her children, Arthur Wolfe (Danielle) of Spencer, WV, Jami Wolfe of Mather, PA, Tina Cottrell (Christopher) of Ravenna, Tammy Sladewski of Cleveland and Tonya Butler (Lawrence) of Warren; her siblings, David Kelley of Cleveland and Ruth Ann Nedrow of Shinnston, WV; and her close friend Daniel W. Thorne Sr. of Warren. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
