She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Hartman and Lucy Hartman; her husband John "Jack" Faler (Jack); her sister Elizabeth Garner; her grandson Dillon Faler; and her son-in-law Verne A. Kumher.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Kumher of Farmdale, Judy Westenfelder (Keith) of Lordstown, Linda MacDonald (Rusty) of Blythewood, SC and John Faler (Christine) of Lordstown; her grandchildren, Jason Westenfelder, Verne Kumher, Lacey Thompson, Jamison Westenfelder, Rusty MacDonald, Kristy Peplow, Amanda MacDonald and Olivia Faler; and her great grandchildren, Addison, Ella Thompson, Alayna Peplow and Marleigh MacDonald.
Immense gratitude and thanks to the entire staff at Brookdale Alzheimer's Care Center and Akeso Hospice for their unmatched compassion and love given to Doris in her last days.
