She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Balk and Rosemary Balk of Buffalo, NY.; and her siblings, Janet Ott (Jerry) and Robert Balk (Diane). She is survived by: her son Brant Thomas; her daughter-in-law Michelle; her grandchildren, Sean, Sarah and Sam Thomas; and her sister Betty Adams (late Mark).
