He is survived by: his wife Darrelene Skaggs; his son Douglas Skaggs (Stasia) of Cuyahoga Falls; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Johanna and Douglas; his daughter Melissa Miller; his grandchildren, Samantha Miller of Howland and Ryder Miller of Chicago; his son Roy Skaggs of Warren; his sisters, Doris Hawkins and Mary Withrow; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Boylen (Fern) of Mentor and Roy Boylen (Sue) of Madison.
