He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leithold and Margaret Davis Leithold; and his grandson Justin Leithold. He is survived by: his spouse Alvada Fike Leithold; and his children, Drake Leithold (Jayne), Joseph Leithold, Denise Davidson and Doreen Eup.
