He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Williams and Marjorie Dillard Williams; his daughter Jerri Ann Davis; and his siblings, Annie Jewel Gore, Ethel Mae Wiggins and Willie Earl Williams.
He is survived by: his sons, Terrence L. Williams of Warren, Eddie J. Williams Jr. (Alysia) of Warren and Cedric A. Williams (Tambral) of Atlanta, GA; his sister Mattie of Albion, MI; and his pet Malia. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
