He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Davis and Eva Davis (Moore); his wife Peggy (Ruth Reed); and his siblings, Gay Davis (Biddle) and Julia Robinson (Davis) of Petroleum, WV..
He is survived by: his children, Kay Garcia (Dave) of Akron, Kim Welch (Don) of Leavittsburg, Karen Mamula of Warren and Mike Davis (Carol) of The Villages, FLA; Ronald Davis (Deann) of Champion, Ohio.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Goose Creek Baptist Church where his great-great grandparents were charter members in 1851 or to the Cairo IOOF Cemetery.
