She was predeceased by: her parents, John Machingo and Mary Machingo (Vilhovsky); her husband John William Fetsko; her grandson Justin Thomas Fetsko; her siblings, Marilyn Egli (Machingo) and Paul Machingo; and her daughter-in-law Lori Fetsko.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert (Jacqui) of Madison, David (Lori) of Greenwood and Thomas Fetsko (Rowena) of Tucson, Arizona; her grandchildren, Lauren, Therese, Robert, Ethan, Mary, Sarah, Evan and Mia; and her great grandchildren, Anton, Lucan, Scarlett, Mae and Marigold.

Donations can be made in her name to Saints Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church.
