Elmar leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Elmar’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Elmar will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rheadus Temple and Joan Fleming Bland; his sons, Quincy Lemon and Zigman Rozier; and his siblings, Temple Bland, Josephine Bland and Jacqueline Bland.
He is survived by: his son Rashaud Ray Mallory (Amanda) of Warren; his siblings, Joe W. Bland (Shirley) of Warren and Christine B. Gamble of Gallatin, TN; his grandson Jamal Woods of Atlantic City, NJ; and his significant other Margaret Jackson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Church of God in Christ (904 W Market St, Warren, OH 44484). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
