He is survived by: his wife Judy Leeworthy (Miller); his daughters, Linda Shammo (Kevin) of Powell, Lisa Hinkle (Daniel, Sr.) of Cortland and Goldie Lewis (Daniel) of Vienna; his grandchildren, Daniel Hinkle, Jr., Kyle Hinkle, Mark Hinkle (Nicole), Dakota Lewis (Sydney), Danielle Lewis, Allen Lewis, Kyla Shammo and Jace Shammo; his great grandchildren, Izabella Hinkle, Kylee Hinkle, Gracie Hinkle, Mason Hinkle, Daxton Lewis, Tytan Lewis, Letty Lewis, Lilith Lewis and Ryan Connor Shammo; his brothers, Kevin Leeworthy (Mary) of Zebulun and Art Leeworthy (Mary) of Champion; and his nephew Ernest.
