He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carl Miller, Jr. and Geraldine Miller (Tenney); and his brothers, Carl and Raymond Miller. He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Miller of Warren, OH; and his children, Donna J. Hill (Carl) of Raymond, OH, Scott Kolbfleisch of Sunbury, OH and Teri Miller of Warren, OH. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
