She was predeceased by: her parents, George P. Jazorak and Zita V. Jazorak (Rothermel); her husband Nicholas Flaviani; and her siblings, Catherine Lachowski, Rosemary Nelson, Theresa Fenster, Francis, Bernard, James, Urban (Pat) and Thomas Rothermel.
She is survived by: her brothers, George Rothermel (Joan) of Jacksonville, NC and Stanley Rothermel (Arvilla) of Morristown, AZ. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
